The Future is HERE! Our Residents are encouraged to self direct their lives whether joining us for a short term recovery or for a longer stay. We provide those we serve with individualized programming to help them achieve the goals they set, as the Resident desires. Each Resident and their responsible party is involved in planning their care, choosing their course of treatment, and identifying their discharge goals with our team of professionals. We believe in open communication and meet formally and informally as often as you wish to make changes in YOUR plan for care. With our team of Care Partners, each Resident makes the many choices as they wish for their lives, and self determine their future to the best of their ability.
Residents are supported as they make decisions about their lives through our Resident Council, and as an important Action Team whose input regarding changes is actively sought and suggestions followed by our Care Partners. Decisions made by the Resident Council represent the desires of those who live at Maryhill.
At Maryhill you will be living in a neighborhood where consistent Care Partners will help you in the way you need, at times convenient for you. Each neighborhood holds its own Town Hall Meetings with staff members sharing decisions about their neighborhood and collaborating together.
