At Maryhill there are Registered Nurses on duty 24 hours each day to provide supervision of Care Partners and individualized skilled nursing care for Residents with widely varied care needs and complexity of status. Our staffing ratios are excellent and the majority of our Nursing Team have been with us at Maryhill for a long period of time.

Whether short term placement for Rehabilitation for recovery of acute illness or injury or longer term care, we assist our Residents to achieve their highest level of wellness as directed by those we serve. Our Team collaborates with the resident, their decision-makers, and their attending physician to ensure that each individual’s needs are met. Working with the Resident and the Interdisciplinary team, the Registered Nurse collaborates to develop a plan which will achieve each Elders’goals. With our Wound Care Certified led wound team, clinically complex residents can receive the special care they need, and achieve their goals.
Restorative Nursing care is provided by specially trained staff coordinated by Cari Brault, RN. Restorative care can be provided in conjunction with therapies, or is provided based upon nursing assessment findings to assist Residents to regain specific function. Some of the areas of Restorative care may be ordered for include dining independently, walking and strength building activities, movement of limbs with help to regain independence, motor coordination to aid with bathing, dressing, grooming, or going to the bathroom more independently.
