On July 17th the Board of Directors approved the upgrade of the front lobby and C-wing Alzheimer Unit. The outcomes we hope to achieve with the remodel include more space for the Alzheimer Unit programming, increase the amount of common space for residents visiting with family, and give the facility a general face lift of the front lobby area. We are very excited about the upgrades and hope this will enhance the lives of our residents. The work will be completed in 3 phases. The front lobby first, moving a resident room from one side of the hall to the other and third will be increasing the size of the Activity area on C-wing. We anticipate a fall start date with construction taking about 2 months to complete.
